  • "Advertiser" – Any individual or entity that purchases ad placements under viral tweets.
  • "Twitter User" – Any individual who lists their tweets for advertising opportunities.
  • "Platform" – The Adxpot website and services.
  • "Content" – Any text, images, or links posted on Adxpot.
2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Adxpot, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

3. Platform Functionality
  • Advertisers can place bids on viral tweets for ad placements.
  • Twitter Users can approve or reject ads for their tweets.
  • Payments are securely processed via USDT (cryptocurrency).
  • Adxpot facilitates transactions but does not guarantee engagement or ad performance.
4. User Obligations
4.1 Advertisers
  • Must ensure ads comply with all legal and Twitter guidelines.
  • Are responsible for the accuracy of their ads.
  • May not promote illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
4.2 Twitter Users
  • Must ensure their tweets comply with Twitter’s terms of service.
  • May not accept ads that violate laws or ethical guidelines.
  • Are responsible for ad placement within the agreed timeframe.
  • Are prohibited from deleting both the main tweet and the ad tweet after an ad has been posted for it.
4.3 General Prohibitions
  • Users may not use bots or automated means to manipulate ad placements.
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Attempt to bypass Adxpot’s payment system.
5. Payments and Refunds
  • Payments are processed via USDT.
  • Advertisers must deposit funds before bidding.
  • Refunds are only issued if an ad placement is canceled before execution.
  • Adxpot is not responsible for disputes between advertisers and Twitter users beyond facilitating the transaction.
6. Content and Compliance

Adxpot is not responsible for the legality of ads or tweets. Users must ensure their content adheres to Twitter’s and applicable legal regulations. Adxpot reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these terms.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these ToS.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Non-compliance with Twitter’s policies.
8. Limitation of Liability

Adxpot is not liable for losses resulting from ad placements, payment disputes, or platform downtime. We provide no guarantees on ad performance.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect minimal user data necessary for account management and transactions. User data is never sold or shared without consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be addressed through Adxpot’s support team. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration.

11. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Adxpot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
